I love Peak! Love the people and the workouts. It's definitely like a second home. I've been here for over a year and a half and have lost over 30 lbs and have gained some great friends.

Peak is amazing! The coaches/trainers are patient and encouraging. They truly offer classes for everyone. My husband, 2 kids, and I have found classes that we love. The fitness classes are a fun alternative to your normal cardio. In 6 months, when our youngest is old enough, we will be adding him to the Peak family! GO TEAM PEAK!

My family has been at Peak for 2 years and hands down I think it's the best gym around. Save place for women to train!
Coach Paul and his team are extremely respectful and patient.
They also have an organized kids program that teaches not only BJJ and MMA skills but also character traits like respect, team work, diligence and many more.
Love Peak performance!

My daughter started the little ninja class and she loves it and adores Coach Kat. I decided to join and do the fitness kickboxing, which is amazing!! The coaches and other members are so friendly. It's a great place to be a part of, work out, and reach your goals.
