I love Peak! Love the people and the workouts. It's definitely like a second home. I've been here for over a year and a half and have lost over 30 lbs and have gained some great friends.

Kids MMA – Friendship Infographic

This month’s life skill is friendship: being a friend.

What are some ways to help teach your child friendship?

Clearly explain what good friends do
-Are reliable
-Do kind things for one another and use kind language
-Remember important things
-Help out when a friend is sad or has a problem
-Like to spend time together

Read books about friendship
There are so many books out there that protray amazing friendships! They can show how friends can be different from one another and get along.

Set a good example by being a good friend yourself
The best way to teach your kids to be a good friend is by showing them how to be a good friend.
